Jessy's tried all the food tracking apps on the App Store to figure out what causes her eczema flare-ups. None of them really fit into her lifestyle or provided the right insights. Shouldn't technology allow us to automatically crunch the nutrition and health patterns in our lives? She's building the food tolerance tracker she's always wanted, and hopefully one that will help others feel better without eating parsnips every meal for a month on an elimination diet.
